Preschoolers' Summer Reading
The Florence preschoolers decided to get something all together different from under the ground.
We read stories about seeds growing into plants. Sang songs and then made our own flower pots that we called "Face Pots".
We then went outside where even the youngest could get their hands dirty and planted seeds in our "face pots" to take home and watch grow. That was not enough for this zealous group though, so we also planted seeds in hanging pots for the Library entrance so that everyone could enjoy some of what comes to us from under the ground!
